Called 9-15-22 to make a future appointment to get annual teeth cleaning and check. I was scheduled 9-17-22 at 4pm I work mon-Friday 7-3:30pm. She mentioned that if I needed a deep cleaning I want to schedule earlier in the day. Since my work schedule does not permit that I would not be able to do that. I just want to say thank you to Sophia the receptionist who booked my appointment. I feel most people don’t take their job serious and most people don’t put themselves in other peoples shoes however Sophia had great listening skills and even better verbal skills when it came to book my appointment. she needs to be recognized for that because if I was to come in at 4 PM and expect to get a deep teeth cleaning and turned away that would have ruined my day. I would have been rating this place with a one star review. so MINT dentistry needs to recognize Sophia in her listening skills and verbal communication skills and thank her for this five star review… More

My dental assistant Carolyn at the Grand Prairie location was a gem. She was very attentive and made sure I got the mint experience. Dr. Medina addressed my minimal dental issues and gave me a treatment plan. My hygienist Laura was thorough and complimented my at home dental hygiene. More

This place is really good. The gentleman, in charge of my cleaning I believe he said his name was Francisco, he was very professional and kind and tried his best to make me feel very comfortable during the cleaning process. He concentrated on making sure the cleaning was done properly and did not rush like other places I've been to. This place is lucky to have him. I could not get my whitening trays due to having invisalign but I was told they would leave it pending so I could come get them for free once done with my treatment whether I still have dental insurance or not. More

Shanieke had so much patience with and for me. Very gentle, respectful and kind. Funny as well. Canessa is so very knowledgeable and extremely gentle. Her spirit put my anxiety at easy. Before I knew it the cleaning was done. Overall experience was phenomenal to say the least. I'm a horrible patient but i thanks to them I walked outta there feeling comfortable enough to come back. I'd like to state for the record, I do not like going to the dentist at all. However, my visit wasn't so bad. The staff is really courteous and put your well being first. They continued to ask if I was okay, if there was anything they could do to make my visit pleasant. I have to say, Canessa, the lady that cleaned my teeth, was nice and calming. She told me a story of her mother at the dentist office and the story surprisingly helped me feel more at ease. She did a great job cleaning my teeth! And Dr. Pallod, was straight up and honest. She did not give me any false hope in what to expect. I have to say, she impressed me. I was so scared of the shot they give you in your mouth, but she made sure I was numb and ready. I felt at ease. My teeth look amazing, Dr. Pallod did an amazing job. Now, I can smile without feeling insecure. All and all my dentist visit was awesome!!! More

From the moment you walk in, you can feel at ease. The receptionists are very informative and patient, they call you out fairly fast and everyone is so welcoming. I used to dread going to the dentist, now with MINT I look forward to every appointment, checkup and cleaning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have top of the line equipment for your needs, they let you watch Netflix or listen to music. It's more like a spa. More

Great experience this week! I was able to have my exam, cleaning and crown replacement done in a single week (two visits). To help with dental anxiety, they provided nitrous and took every measure to make sure I felt comfortable and safe during the cavity drilling and crown. They heard out my fears and guided me through the steps. I really loved the energy that Dr. J Chen, Shanieke, and Canessa have! They were gentle, kind, and affirming. Loved them so much! This place is really good. The gentleman, in charge of my cleaning I believe he said his name was Francisco, he was very professional and kind and tried his best to make me feel very comfortable during the cleaning process. He concentrated on making sure the cleaning was done properly and did not rush like other places I've been to. This place is lucky to have him. I could not get my whitening trays due to having invisalign but I was told they would leave it pending so I could come get them for free once done with my treatment whether I still have dental insurance or not. Actually loved this dentist office. I have a huge fear of the dentist but here, they definitely made me almost enjoy the dentist. Loved the free cleaning and whitening trays with my PPO dental insurance. My only issue with this place was that I went for wisdom tooth pain, but I was told it was just normally growing in and didn't need to be taken out. Two days later, I actually ended up at Emergency Dental Care USA, and had the tooth extracted because it was stuck, not quite impacted. Today was my first visit to Mint Dentistry! The customer service was excellent. Juliet was awesome, she was very knowledgeable and made my cleaning experience relaxing! I love the message chairs and listening to Pandora. Dr. G was great during my examination. My second cleaning is already booked! More

Actually loved this dentist office. I have a huge fear of the dentist but here, they definitely made me almost enjoy the dentist. Loved the free cleaning and whitening trays with my PPO dental insurance. My only issue with this place was that I went for wisdom tooth pain, but I was told it was just normally growing in and didn't need to be taken out. Two days later, I actually ended up at Emergency Dental Care USA, and had the tooth extracted because it was stuck, not quite impacted. I was kind of nervous and sketchy about trying a new place but I read the reviews and ads on the radio so decided to go. The front desk was amazing, so nice, it caught me by surprise of how willing to help they were. Judy and Gracy made me feel more comfortable. Judy was gentle with the cleaning and Gracy was very imformative. Overall, the front desk made my experience a lot better than expected. More
