Yesterday was my first visit, and because of Hygienist Jalen (masterful, professional craftsman), Assistant Linnete (for her expertise and bubbly personality), and Stephanie and the front office/billing staff (patient and caring), I will definitely be returning for follow-ups! I take my teeth and dental care seriously, so it matters who receives these insurance dollars! Also the doctor she broke everything down to me and wasn't frustrated from my questions. Also the lady that took my bite exray was very gentle in my mouth. I would recommend everyone to them. More

I would have gave it a 5 star, but I had to wait an hour before my appointment and I Don’t like that. The reminder said to be 15 minutes before and I ended up waiting a hour before I was seen. However, other than that it was a great experience. I got to choose to watch Netflix or list to pandora. Their chairs were massage chairs as well! Sooo relaxing! They gave me the free whitening kit as well. It was a great experience! More

My Dr was awesome! The second assistant was great. She did what she said she was going to do, the first assistant said she'll be right back 40 mins later the second assistant came in and made sure I was good and comfortable. Altho I didn't get my free whiting gel all in all I'll be back. More

I always have a great experience when I come to my appointments. Sofia (receptionist) always takes care of me at the front when I walk in & when I walk out, she’s so sweet. Today I had hygienist Jalen, he was great! Very nice & I loved how he was explaining to me everything he was going to do before he did it. He was gentle since I mentioned to him I have sensitivity, & took his time. I loved that. Future appointments will definitely be booked with him again. 10/10 recommend! More

Called 9-15-22 to make a future appointment to get annual teeth cleaning and check. I was scheduled 9-17-22 at 4pm I work mon-Friday 7-3:30pm. She mentioned that if I needed a deep cleaning I want to schedule earlier in the day. Since my work schedule does not permit that I would not be able to do that. I just want to say thank you to Sophia the receptionist who booked my appointment. I feel most people don’t take their job serious and most people don’t put themselves in other peoples shoes however Sophia had great listening skills and even better verbal skills when it came to book my appointment. she needs to be recognized for that because if I was to come in at 4 PM and expect to get a deep teeth cleaning and turned away that would have ruined my day. I would have been rating this place with a one star review. so MINT dentistry needs to recognize Sophia in her listening skills and verbal communication skills and thank her for this five star review… More

This place is really good. The gentleman, in charge of my cleaning I believe he said his name was Francisco, he was very professional and kind and tried his best to make me feel very comfortable during the cleaning process. He concentrated on making sure the cleaning was done properly and did not rush like other places I've been to. This place is lucky to have him. I could not get my whitening trays due to having invisalign but I was told they would leave it pending so I could come get them for free once done with my treatment whether I still have dental insurance or not. I'd like to state for the record, I do not like going to the dentist at all. However, my visit wasn't so bad. The staff is really courteous and put your well being first. They continued to ask if I was okay, if there was anything they could do to make my visit pleasant. I have to say, Canessa, the lady that cleaned my teeth, was nice and calming. She told me a story of her mother at the dentist office and the story surprisingly helped me feel more at ease. She did a great job cleaning my teeth! And Dr. Pallod, was straight up and honest. She did not give me any false hope in what to expect. I have to say, she impressed me. I was so scared of the shot they give you in your mouth, but she made sure I was numb and ready. I felt at ease.
